HAYS COUNTY, Texas – Hays County has launched a complete revision of its Improvement Rules and is looking for public enter to tell future improvement insurance policies and practices. To kick off the mission’s neighborhood engagement section, a number of open-house conferences will likely be held on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, in areas throughout the county.
